Faulty air fryer

I purchased a George home air fryer, the first time I plugged it in it blew the electric in my home, and when I switched electric back on fryer has not worked, I contacted Asda and after sending a multiple pictures I was told it couldnt be replaced and I would be refunded and I would receive this 24 / 48 hours, then 2 days later I receive an email saying I will not get my refund and need to return item, I only ordered it on line as I am signed off work and unable to drive I have been conned out of my money and refuse to shop with Asda again which they dont seem to give a monkeys about I am absolutely degusted

Job application and handing in confidential documents

Hi, I applied for two delivery driver roles with Beckton Asda and Dagenham Asda. I was asked to come in with my driving licence and passport for copies to be taken. After I did I was told that I will receive an email within a week whether I was successful or not. It has been over a week now and I have yet to hear anything. Ive tried calling the numbers given many times but get no answer. I need to get something official back in writing with regards to my application as Ive handed copies of my driving license and passport along with my ni number and home address, all of which are confidential.

Put bank card in machine to get petrol and put PIN number in then went to pick pump up and put nosle into where the petrol go and nothing came out repeated the process same again got back into car and asked the man at the door in store he got the manager she provided me with telephone number . There should be someone there to do all this for you so rang bank and costumers service. Didnt get my shopping and got petrol across the road due to two lots off £99 going out off bank didnt have enough to get shopping its the inconvenience having to wait and sort the problem out

Not only did your vehicle drivers YK71 EWL choose to block my and my neighbors garages when parking was available opposite they left their delivery notes with customer names and addresses on the passenger seats of which I have photographs. Around 18.00 hrs in Bath on 21 Nov. You therefore have a data breach.

I recently visited ASDA Wallington and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the Operational manager, Vania. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had positive experiences at ASDA, but this particular encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Upon entering the store, I encountered a problem with an item I had purchased the previous week.

I approached Vania, the Operational Manager, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of displaying empathy and understanding, Vania was dismissive and unhelpful. She showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns and seemed more focused on rushing me away.

Not only did Vania fail to provide any solutions, but she also displayed a condescending attitude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening.

As an Asda customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a manager. Unfortunately, Vania's demeanor fell far short of these expectations.

Moreover, Vania's lack of knowledge about the store's policies procedures and overall products was evident. She seemed unaware of the basic protocols for handling customer complaints and seemed uninterested in escalating the matter or involving other colleague members who might have been better equipped to assist. This lack of competence and willingness to help left me feeling disregarded and unheard.

What disappointed me the most was Vania's inability to empathize with my situation.

Customer service should always prioritize understanding and resolving customer issues promptly. However, Vania seemed more concerned with maintaining her authority than addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington as a whole.

I sincerely hope that ASDA Head Office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior exhibited by Vania was far from satisfactory.

I urge the senior management team at asda head office to provide additional training to their colleagues, particularly in the area of customer relations, to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience.

In conclusion, my visit to Asda Wallington was marred by the extremely poor customer service displayed by the Operational manager, Vania.

Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall indifference towards my concerns were deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that Asda Wallington takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and provides better training and support to their staff to improve the overall customer experience.

Lack of Trolleys for Wheelchair Users

In the last couple of weeks I have been to ASDA Thornaby and ASDA Stockton (Portrack Lane).

My wife is in a wheelchair and therefore needs a shopping trolley that connects to the wheelchair.

On several occasions i have looked for one of these trolleys, but to no avail, and then told by the trolley collectors at both stores that there is only 1 of these trolleys on site and it must be in use.

I know that a couple of months ago there were 4 - 5 of these at the Thornaby Store.

Do you not want my custom? as the trolley collectors seemed to think there were no more of these trolleys ordered.

We had no option but to go elsewhere to do our weekly shop, your loss.

I have previously complained about this on your website but received no reply, and I have posted about this on Facebook as well to see if I get any response from yourselves
