I shop at Asda as it is the closest shop to me and it is fine in terms of food and price.

However, recently I have been doing a lot of shopping online and decided to do my monthly Asda shop online...

After deciding on a time for them to deliver (most slots were full so I had to pick a time that was not convenient for me) they delivered an hour and a half late! The delivery man was rude and unhelpful and did not apologise for the lateness.

I decided it was a one off, but remarkably the same thing has now happened to me three times. One delivery driver's excuse for being late was 'it happens'

Asda is great for value, but I will not be ordering my food online again!
